Where on Earth is Hesperia….???
That’s what I asked when I first came in contact with this property. Turns out, it’s a small street in Encino. Apparently, the sellers had been watching what we were doing here locally, and wanted to put our system to the test — this time in Encino (an area I rarely sell in).
For those that are not aware of this, buyers in Encino are like piranhas. They’re ALL looking for a bargain and typically like to negotiate. Sellers usually go through multiple price reductions and typically settle and negotiate a price that usually favors the buyer. The average time on market in this area is about 57 days. Yikes!!!
