WE DID IT!
After making a $100 bet with my office that we could manage to get over 100 people to this home last Sunday, we finally ended up with 187 in less than 3 hours! To top it off, we had multiple offers and ultimately sold this home on Friday. The best part was that it was never listed. That’s right, no MLS, no “For Sale” sign, no nothing — just a bunch of stuff done differently and without excuses!
I thank you for your continued support and help. We normally average 12x more calls from our marketing than we do from the MLS. That’s huge!
