I was checking out some stats today and almost fell off my chair when I discovered our year-to-date sales production in real estate for 2016.
Not only are we #1 among 1,700 Realtors throughout the city, we did
MORE THAN DOUBLE the TOP 10 Realtors’ average sales volume. I knew we had an excellent start, but was in shock to discover such stunning figures. There are a ton of great Realtors in Glendale and many different brokerages as well. I’m thrilled for this result and have only 2 words to say….(several times of course):

Like I’ve always said, I’m NOT #1, YOU ARE. None of this would ever be possible without your support, loyalty, trust and referrals.
I promise to continue doing whatever is “non-traditional” in this business. A lot of people think/thought I’m crazy for coming up with some of these ideas and methods of selling real estate, but the results sure make them worth every ounce of sweat.
I started real estate 19 years ago making calls out of my small bedroom while living at my parent’s house. It took me 7 relentless months to make my first sale for $397,000 on 11/19/1997 to Jeffrey Joe, who still happens to be one of my favorite (and best) customers. Since then, I never imagined having so many repeated designations and rankings and couldn’t be more blessed and elated to stumble upon today’s shocking numbers.
