WE DID IT!!!
I was on a mission yesterday to prove that a home could sell in this market with:
- No MLS
- No For Sale Sign, and
- No Look-e-Loos stampeding through an open house
We had, what I like to call, a “stealth” open house without a single directional sign on the streets.
THE RESULT:
23 Serious Groups of People — these are who I call “SERIOUS” buyers (not look-e-loos).
A really cool couple (who are about to get married in May) who wanted to get this home before they’re wedding day.
We opened escrow this morning, and look forward to a smoooooth close in 30 days.
Last night our sellers celebrated while toasting to a bottle of champagne, while our buyers were in utter joy at 9:30 p.m. when I announced that their offer got accepted last night! Thank you for all your help and for helping me make two families really happy last night. This is truly the best part of my job!
In the meantime, I have 22 groups of buyers which will eventually end up with a home real soon as well!
