I’m excited about this sale for a number of reasons.
For starters, we had this home in escrow during the holidays (while most thought would be the slowest time of the year). Second, there was a lender that the buyer’s agent had chosen, who went missing on us two weeks after we opened escrow. Yikes!
The buyers were nervous and wanted to cancel and our sellers had already found a replacement and didn’t want this to fall through the cracks.
THE RESULT!!: We found a great lender that was able to fund and close this transaction in less than 30 days while avoiding the delays that have recently been developed by TRID (a newly integrated set of disclosures required by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau which typically takes longer to fund).
I thank our sellers for putting 100% of their confidence in us in order to help them get this sold. I also thank you for helping us find the perfect buyers for this home.
