When Ed and Jean called me right before Christmas, they were contemplating on weather selling during the middle of the holidays or waiting until Springtime. We went over all their options and we couldn’t help realizing that there were “0” homes on the market in the area. Timing was critical, and they had no time to waste. The lack of inventory was glaring at our face, and that’s exactly what helped catapult this home into escrow almost immediately. Santa Claus was not going to stop us!
We had a number of people interested in this home right off the bat and successfully found a very neat couple that actually ended up buying this property. All the paperwork was done seamlessly while the Bolle’s stayed snug in their Denver home in the midst of a chillin’ 4 degree climate while rooting for the Broncos to make it to the Super Bowl. Though their team didn’t quite make it to the championship game, their Realtor did make it up by getting them exactly what they wanted. I thank the Bolle’s and the Chen’s for confiding in the Arbitrage team and congratulate them both for their sale and purchase.
