We just recorded another record sale!
This one was a tough one…. The property was going through a large (in the millions of dollars) dispute with the original developer, and no lender wanted to partake in this loan. We had a buyer that wanted this place, and wanted it badly. In fact, they paid over asking price for it! There was only one lender that was willing to take on this loan. We found them and got the deal funded and closed. Best of all, this unit and sale turned out to be the best comp in the entire building for the year — and we did it ALL in only a few weeks!!!
