We’re really excited to announce our recent sale at 571 Cumberland Road in Glendale, CA. In only 2 days, we found the perfect buyers for this property and got it sold with a short 3 week escrow. We all celebrated on the closing day right on right on the front lawn — as evidence by the picture below.
We had multiple offers on this home and a ton of interest. Many people said, “oh, we’ve always loved this home and have always admired it as we’ve driven past it” — as it was truly a Glendale “Signature” property. 571 Cumberland had been meticulously taken care of by the Brixeys for nearly 26 years. Both Steven and Ursula were a true delight to work with as they prepared for their move to Fallbrook — where they had purchased their new home.
The Kubels, Phil and Jackie, had lived in a home on Rossmoyne for nearly 12 years (Albert had sold the home originally to Phil in 2001 — currently in escrow too). Since then, Phil had married Jackie and they both have a precious 2 year old son (Grant) and 1 year old daughter (Natalie) which will soon be moving into their new castle.
It was a true delight to see the chemistry between the buyers and sellers and we were very grateful and honored to be a part of this sale.
