It’s our favorite time of the year again where we get to reflect back to another great year. We thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs.
Joseph (8) – Joey’s maturity level has skyrocketed. He sometimes comes off sounding like a grampa telling us what’s right and what’s wrong. He has a confidence level that’s amazing, though sometimes concerning. He has a very soft heart from everyone and is usually the one that runs for an ice pack once an injury takes place. He’s getting straight “A”s in 3rd grade thanks to mom’s relentless studying efforts. He has developed a sudden love for Minecraft and has neglected most of his legos since I downloaded that app on my iPad. He loves baseball and golf, with no interest towards soccer and basketball (go figure). He loves to take the roll as the “man of the house” when mom and dad leave them with a baby-sitter on date nights. He insists on one property management event as a bed time story EVERY single night!
Nicole (6) – Nicole is growing gracefully. She’s the calmest out of all of us. She’s still the easiest child in our family and is very difficult to get mad at, since she’s always in the “right”. She’s always giddy and loves to laugh at practically everything. She has developed a sudden love for singing and dancing and has a special relationship with Alexa (her personal D.J.). She knows exactly where EVERYTHING in our house is as though she’s got a GPS tracking device on all items. When something is lost, we turn to her and she can have it retrieved in less than 15 seconds — we’re still trying to figure out how this is possible. She reunited with her brother at Chamlian (a private Armenian school) when she started 1st grade a few months ago. She started playing soccer and absolutely loves it and can’t wait for the next season to start!
Melanie (3) – Melanie is our little tyrant! She’s the rambunctious one who’s always being silly with everything she does. Watching her is sheer entertainment. If you’re not alert and paying attention to her, you’re going to get smacked — and it’s going to hurt (a lot)! She has a special bond with each person in the family and is the glue that keeps us all together. She finally started pre-school and was the easiest of all 3 to say good-bye to on the first day. In fact, she was curious why we were even sticking around at school. She absolutely loves art and is fascinated with painting. She’s very independent and runs like a road runner — she’s fast! It’s already evident she’ll do great in sports and she can’t wait to get started.
Mania (?) – After nearly 9 years of pregnancy and babysitting, she’s finally celebrating independence with morning drop-offs at schools. She has a passion for fitness and is a health freak. She has already taught the kids how to count calories, sugar and carb contents along with portion control. She’s on top of everything (and everyone) and can keep a calendar more organized than anyone I’ve seen. While I can’t think of any event past 48 hours, Mania knows who’s birthday is coming up and already has gifts and reservations for events weeks in advance. She’s more organized than ever and on top of these kids like a drill sergeant especially with homework, meals and bedtime. I couldn’t have asked for a better wife and mother for my three little rascals. She’s contemplating getting back to Pharmacy and/or starting an independent business on her own. I think 2018 will open up a lot of doors for her. I’m proud of everything she’s done not only for me, but for our entire family!
Albert (43) — May 2017 marked my 20 years in the real estate business. I decided to take a little break and embrace all that occurred in the last 240 months – I must admit, it’s been a pretty fun journey! During the course of these 2 decades I was fortunate to acquire several investment properties since 1999 and was able to squeeze a few more to this collection this year as well. My family has been my #1 priority and I’ve taken my health to a whole new level. I have developed the “runner’s high” and find myself running 25-35 miles a week. I balance out cardio with weight training and have felt the best in my entire life! I can run faster and further than ever before and totally thrilled with the results and feeling of being “fit”. Having a partner with the same mindset makes the journey much easier as we keep each other accountable with our physical goals while sharing our Fitbit results regularly. We both have our “cheat days” and we make sure to take advantage of each and every one of them. With the kids older, things feel like they’re on cruise control. No more high chairs, strollers and child gates makes life a whole lot easier as each child can entertain themselves fairly regularly when we need a break. We have enjoyed traveling with friends and families and look forward to new destinations in 2018. Mania and I also had our 10 year wedding anniversary earlier this year on 07/07/17!
I thank you for being a part of our family for such a long period of time. Many of you followed and supported me even before I started my own family and I thank you for being a part of this amazing journey God blessed me with. Each day, week, month and year is a whole new surprise and I look forward to what He has in store for us in 2018!
I really wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Cheers from our family to yours!!
