Where the heck is the City of Walnut?
That’s what I asked when I was first told about this property.
This home was listed for nearly 4 months with another Realtor who had a ton of experience in the City of Walnut. With dreaded price reductions, countless open houses, and broker caravans, this home was not selling. It sat on the market for months without any luck. “The Holidays” was the only excuse that was given as to why this home couldn’t sell.
When we took over we had no clue about the area — all we knew was how to market the darn thing!
The Result: Within 3 days, the home sold with multiple offers and $65,000 over our asking price at $760,000. In fact, it sold higher than what the other agent had listed it for! — ; )
I’m really thrilled that our system has proven itself time and time again… this time in a city which we’re completely unfamiliar with — Walnut!
