I’m really excited to announce our recent sale in the Glendale Hills. This home wasn’t even on the market for a week and got snatched up by a buyer that paid “ALL CASH” for it…. Well not exactly “green” cash (as pictured below), but a purchase that didn’t require a loan.
Escrow went smooth and I even negotiated an extra 3 month extension for my clients to move-out once we closed escrow. So for those that are concerned about what happens if their home sells quickly (as typically the case with Arbitrage), we have the solution for that too!
