TEAR DOWN HOME GETS $55,000 OVER ASKING PRICE!!!
I’m really excited about a recent sale we had this week. This home was in a completely dilapidated condition. With what seemed like structural issues throughout, this home was in absolute “tear down” condition with no hope for repairs or improvements at all. In addition, no lender was going to lend on the property in the condition that it was in.
The Result: Arbitrage Kicks butt Again!!!!
Not only did we find a cash buyer, we found 20 of them. In addition, we sold the property $55,000 over asking price. We opened escrow on Monday and had it close on Friday — yup that’s 5 days!
We’ve got a lot more of these stories to share with you — especially with all the sales we’re currently doing that never hit the market. Shhhhhhh.
