ARBITRAGE’S NEW HEADQUARTERS!
After 16 years in the real estate profession, I’m now finally proud to announce Arbitrage’s new headquarters at 3500 N. Verdugo Road!! We purchased this 6,000 square foot property nearly 14 months ago, went through a series of designs, structural changes, and a whole set of headaches, to finally bring you this (and yes, we dealt with the City of Glendale throughout the whole process). Both floors have been completely remodeled throughout without leaving a single inch untouched. We have gone completely “Green” while adding lots of bells and whistles which you’ll see at our Grand Opening (to be announced soon)… The best part about this new announcement is that fact that I did all this with my best friend/brother, Victor Hairapetian, who’s also the friendliest/funniest attorney in town! We look forward to assisting you with all your real estate and legal needs anytime. We also look forward to continue providing the most optimum level of customer service imaginable. With all the space that we have now, Arbitrage has plenty of room for high energy agents that want to take their business to the next level! We had the BEST first official “business day” today by selling our first property in excess of $1,000,000!!!! I’m excited about this announcement and look forward to the years/decades ahead.
