Yup…. we did it again! This time in only 20 days. Thanks again for helping us with another record sale in Glendale. This home sold “off the market” with an ALL CASH buyer and took only 20 days to close.
There’s a lot of action taking place currently. Interestingly, a lot of it is happening off the market since there’s such a great deal of “back up” buyers ready to fire the trigger — especially with these rates.
This home never made it on the market and we had the perfect buyer for it. Escrow closed in only 20 days and the buyers we smooooooth!
