We just sold another great property in the Oakmont Country Club area. Not only did we list this home, we also found the buyer too and just closed escrow for $1,300,000 (ALL CASH!)
The best part is that we still have plenty of buyers! In fact, with my system, 61 buyers called on this home. Only 1 ended up buying, which means I have 60 that are still looking. I still can’t believe that people think there’s barely any buyers out ther. We have 60 today that keep saying, “Albert, find me a home!”
