What the heck is Albert doing in Northridge???
Just setting another record while lost in another community!
I’ve probably sold about a half dozen properties in Northridge, and admit that I don’t quite know the neighborhood as well as I know ours. In fact, I got lost every time I drove up there. Upon acquiring this listing, we applied the EXACT tools we use to sell the properties over here (without changing a single concept).
THE RESULT: On Thursday, June 16, 2011 (today) we closed escrow. The home sold in only 6 DAYS, OVER asking price, with multiple backup offers. We had about 28 people who called on this home!
Think we sold it too cheap? It was recorded as the HIGHEST sale in the area. The appraiser had the toughest time comping in at value.
