Maryam… Welcome Home!
We’re excited to announce the sale of 1120 Avonoak Terrace to this wonderful family. The Zakar/Neveen family had been looking for a home for nearly a year and were already beginning to give up. They had gone through multiple Realtors and just didn’t have the luck they were after.
It all took a turn for the better when they came to Arbitrage and asked Albert for help. The rest is history. To top it off, they had qualified for a loan with as little as 10% down and they were up against multiple buyers (the TOP 3 being ALL CASH). With the tools developed at Arbitrage, these buyers were treated equally like “Cash buyers” and were able to close on time as promised.
This video was taken the day they closed. After a relentless 12-month search, the parents were finally able to surprise their daughter Maryam by calling this place “home”. Best of all… we got it all on video!
