Everyone has the “perfect kitchen” in mind but usually end up for settling for something that’s already there. Or, they keep their existing one since it’ll cost too much to change everything (since it’s functional and in relatively “okay” condition). That won’t be the case for the next 48 HOURS.
The kitchen at 2018 Ashington Drive was flat out “ugly”. I would cringe every time this property was shown since there would always be a comment about the kitchen. The home itself is amazing… 5 bedooms, 5 baths, nearly 3,400 square feet of living space, high ceilings, views (practically everything you can ask for)! The drawback — THE DAMN KITCHEN!
Surprisingly, someone spent a lot of money on the old kitchen nearly 17 years ago. The problem was that it had granite everywhere, I mean E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E. Check out the old pictures by clicking HERE and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Even the sides of the cabinets had granite.

We decided to take apart and completely redo the kitchen (on our dime). We just recently demo-ed the old kitchen this past week. I’m proud to say that I was the first to take a swing with a sledgehammer. The home is currently “off-market” and we’re about to order everything on Wednesday (in 2 days). I plan to have this home ready for showings again ASAP.
ATTENTION HUSBANDS:
If your wife has any particular interest in cabinetry, stone, appliance, etc., now is the time to call me. Any color, style, stone and/or appliance your wife has ever dreamed for can be hers in no time! All you need to do is focus on the down payment and we’ll take care of her dream kitchen (while giving you all the credit for it)! She’ll be feeding you out of your new kitchen in no time!
