THE #1 SALE was the highest recorded sale throughout the city in over 2 1/2 years.
THE #2 SALE was the highest recorded sale throughout 91201 in over 3 years and to top it off, it was sold ALL CASH!.
Both happen to be the highest recorded sale for the year.
In addition, we also set a few records in Pasadena, Eagle Rock and La Crescenta, but these are the 2 most notorious ones!!! It’s been an absolute honor to navigate both sellers to the finish line during these turbulent times!
