I remember back in the 90’s when we were the only ones that had access to listings via a dial-up modem and an ugly yellow computer. Prior to my time, Realtors would retrieve books each month from the Board of Realtors with black & white image of homes along with the details associated with them.
Those days are long gone and over!
Today, in order to stay in the game and to jump into a deal with great equity, buyers need to pick someone who knows how to seek and go after those types of opportunities. Don’t just rely on inflation to get your equity built in. I expect our buyers to seek immediate gains the day we close.
